Contractor Requirements for UST Testing

|
Possess or be employed by a person who possesses a current:
- Class "A" General Engineering Contractor CSLB License,
- C-10 Electrical Contractor CSLB License
- C-34 Pipeline Contractor CSLB License
- C-36 Plumbing Contractor CSLB License
- C-61 (D40) Limited Specialty Service Station Equipment and Maintenance Contractor CSLB License
OR
- Possess Tank testing license issued by the State Water Resources Control Board
(If this is the only license contractor possesses, he/she must call to register over the phone)
Any tester must possess an International Code Council (ICC), California UST Service Technician Certification and
list their expiration date. Additionally a tester must possess a manufacturer’s certification, (list the type of equipment).
